I work with recycled, vintage, and organic materials, reusing, re-dyeing and remaking old clothing and blankets. I hand and machine stitch innovative textile crafts and wearable pieces.
My practice is inspired by the history of the materials I work with, and domestic crafts such as patchwork, embroidery and mending. I try to be as resource efficient as possible, reusing every last scrap of material in my pieces or in workshop sessions. I also work to commission. |
